How to redeem your Bimza Support Code
Included in our newest updates, we've added the ability to return credits that you may have lost due to switching devices, restoring a device in iTunes, or other random occurrences. Below is step by step instructions of how you redeem the code that you received from Bimza Customer Support. If you have reached this page, and you have not yet received a code from Bimza Support, you can contact us here.
Step 5 - Success, click Done.
If this doesn't say Success it means the code was not entered correctly, or there was another issue. Feel free to contact customer service again, and provide them with the details.

If you have left a review on the App store regarding your loss of credits (or coins), please consider updating it to reflect how you now feel about our Keno apps.
